RETURNS & REFUNDS
No returns and no exchanges granted unless as stated:
When the work cannot be completed within the 60-day production period, the
commissioner can get a full refund, or Bosom Ink may ask for extra time to finish the
story if it cannot do so by the 60-day production deadline.
Bosom Ink has a 14-day cooling-off period. If the commissioner changes their mind
about purchasing a commissioned Bosom Ink Story, the commissioner has the right
to a full refund of the £50 commission fee up to 14 days from the purchase date.

For damaged products, don't hesitate to contact us using the details below to
arrange an exchange. Commissioners will be asked to send photographic evidence
of the damage before this is agreed.
